I looked at the shiny new convertible top with admiration.
It looked beautiful-until I had paid the helper and sat in it. I was dismayed to discover that the lining all around me was sagging!
I lowered the top to check out the durability.
The guy ran over to me and told me NOT to lower the top for at least a week! I didn't like that, but agreed, but asked him to tell me why the lining looked so bad in the back and on the sides. He said it looked the way it was supposed to. I knew better, but Terry had already left and the real business owner wasn't there, so I left, quite annoyed.
Terry was annoyed when I showed him the car inside too. I called and spoke to the owner today. He said the lining was NOT his business, but he would take a look at it if we wanted to bring it back to him. Decent of him, huh?
Anyway, my son's dad just called to tell me that Jacob has lost his cell phone. I called and had Cingular make the line unusable. Eddie was going to take him to get a new phone.
I have a weird gathering of fluid around my knee today. I hope it's nothing serious. If you are a prayer-warrior, any readers out there, PLEASE pray that this will be gone before I go to the doctor Monday. I HAVE to get his permission to return to school or they will hire a certified teacher in my place!
Tune in tomorrow for more
