Back to school
My goof Well, I've skipped a few days from writing, because God answered my prayers! I've been teaching my second grade class for three days!
My doctor said that my bone isn't healing the way he wants, but when I showed him how I can walk, he wrote me a permission to return to school the next day.
Now, I'm not going to lie. It's been tough. My leg and hip hurt all the time. But, I love my job and it's going to hurt no matter what I'm doing, so I might as well be doing what I love and getting paid for it, right?
Oh, yeah! I am SO embarrassed!
I pulled up my http://smartauthor.com site yesterday at school and was horrified to see that there were NO pictures there-just ugly little placeholders with X's!
It looked fine on my computer...
Then I realized that I had made a major goof. I didn't check the webpage on another computer after putting the images on the site! What a goof ball!
I KNOW I believe in miracles now-I had someone ORDER the collection recently-with all of that ugly site problem!
I decided to just remove the images until I can find them on my computer and put them in the same folder as the index.html folder. (Sorry for you non-webpage builders. It's just shop talk.)
Well, I'm planning to go to a Writer's Retreat at the Lake this weekend. I'm looking forward to it. I went last year and had a blast and wrote a good story that got published too. :)
I still need your prayers and "positive" thoughts.
