It's definitely not a dollar, and... well, I'm creating this blog post, I suppose. And I did make a meme today.
I would like to say that I took a break from social media to grieve, but, in truth, Xfinity had other ideas.
We were trying to save up to get another service, but we had to get rid of all of our grains and hay that we feed to our rescued guinea pigs due to the virus that killed six of them swiftly.
My wife and I live on a fixed income, but with some help, we managed to get new hay and grains, and a few other things. A lot of people ordered stuff on our Amazon wish list, which was amazing.
I honestly didn't cry until my wife showed me how much stuff was coming. I think that got me out of my 'fix-it' mode enough to emote finally.
I feel like things have gotten back to normal, but our normal is always a struggle to make ends meet. They say, "It takes money to make money." However, you need to make that first amount of money, which is where we're at.
Reading all that back, I realize this sounds like asking for a hand-out or a leg up. Not my intention, but if you think I'm a good writer, then please share my work.
I don't write with the intention of making money. I write to tell the stories that come to me. Partially because it's fun, but mostly because they won't stop coming to me. Sometimes, a movie just starts playing in my head, and I do my best just to watch it. Do you ever wonder if your brain can sometimes see into a parallel dimension?
Okay, so, if I ramble on any longer, I don't think you'll remember the gist of this blog post. At this point though, I'm not even sure what it is....[[|:-D
Thank you for reading. Have a wonderful day....[[|:-)
