Insomnia (well, sort of) 1/4/2005 8:47:10 PM
I don't know what's wrong with me lately...I can't sleep. I get so tired so fast but my body just refuses to shut down and let me rest. I know that's not REALLY insomnia, but it's bad enough. You can't keep thoughts clearly in your head when you're tired...and that makes it difficult to write anything that you actually want anyone else to read!! I know that in comparison to "real" problems, this is like nothing...but it bothers me :( Just short of popping sleeping pills or getting myself in an alcohol-induced stupor I've tried everything...blah...any advice that anyone can give would be appreciated...sorry to have subjected you to this silly vent...but I can't sleep (again).
