Every day is a swirl of activity work, college, watching the grandkids! The new house is in the midst of construction/destruction depending on where you stand at any given moment. I cannot be busier and still, still
I find you in my thoughts.
I hope to forget, I pray for understanding, I wish for amnesia for my heart. Still you are there just around the corner of my thoughts. A picture, a memento of us brings a tear, sometimes a flood of tears, sometimes anger and hurt. I miss you and I hate that I miss you.
I told you to leave, you agreed to leave and we both lost something precious but that precious thing was going up in the fog of addiction, and the lies that come with that terrible problem.
I ask God for help in my loneliness, and his strength to live without you. I ask him to watch over you even when you deny his reality!
