Genesis 1:26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness, and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. In Deuteronomy 23:7 Moses second sermon on social duties - the system of justice, criminal laws, laws of warfare, rules of property, personal and family morality and social justice, he said: "Thou shalt not abhor(reject)an Edomite; for he is thy brother, thou shalt not abhor(reject) an Egyptian, because thou was a stranger in his land". In Genesis 9:6 Noah Covenant with God, God said; Whoso sheddeth man's blood, by man shall his blood be shed: for in the image of God made he man. And in John 15:13-14 (13) Jesus said: Greater love hath no man then this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. (14) Ye are my friends, if ye do what I command you. And that is to Love one another. So when did race entered the picture? Why can't we understand that men and women, all men and all women were created by God. Apostle Paul in Colossians 1:16 said: For by Him(God) were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by Him(God), and for Him(God).
Can't we see a man or woman as a man or woman? All men put on their trousers by sticking their leg though trousers holes. All men button there shirts the same. All women put on their shoes the same. Then why can't we see a man as a man, and a woman as a woman? We all have identities (the fact or condition of being exactly alike) whether we like it or not, we are all human.
I wonder if anyone know what the definition of liberalism is? Webster Dictionary defined Liberalism as: a political philosophy based on belief in progress, the essential goodness of man, and the autonomy of the individual and standing for the protection of political and civil liberties. Well, based on Webster definition, every human who wants to live in a free society, should want to be a liberal. So what is so bad about being a liberal? Is it because we want progress, or is it because we want the essential goodness of man, or is it because we want the autonomy of the individual and standing for the protection of political and civil liberties?
Since I used the Webster Dictionary to define liberalism, then let us see how Webster defined Conservatism. Webster defined conservatism as: disposition in politics to preserve what is established, tendency to prefer an existing situation and to be suspicious of change.
The founding fathers created for the United States a Constitution in which they outlined the duties of the Congress, the Executive and the Judicial Branches. Has anyone taken the time to read the duties of these branches, or do we just let our elected official read them for us. Do you know that to declare War is the duty of Congress, read Article I, Section 8. The President is to be Commander in Chief, read Article II, Section 2.
The founding fathers created a check and balance systems so that we do not have the President doing his things. The Constitution began with: "We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and Secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish the Constitution for the United States of America."
This oath should be made by all citizens of the United States of America. Are we forming a more perfect Union? To form something is to change it. Conservatism mean suspicious of change. Isn't that going against the grain of the Constitution? Is our current President or Congress establishing Justice, insuring domestic Tranquility, are they providing for the common defense, promoting for the general Welfare, and securing the Blessings of Liberty to its citizens? You answer the questions.
The President and Congress are stealing from the United States of America citizens. We go to work every day and what do the majority of us have to show for our daily work, TAX, TAX, TAX and more TAX.
Take a look at our up in coming Presidential candidates. We have one candidate every time he speak its about War, 100 years of War, give me a break. Another candidate is not worried about balancing the budget, but about spending OUR MONEY, I'll give you this and that, where the hell is she getting the money from. The United States dollar is worth nothing, what are we going to use for money, oh! start the printing press!!! There is one candidate that is saying, "We need to take back our government", "We the People." They said he is a liberal. It is time we citizens (liberals) start making progress. This country have been stuck in the rut for so long. It is time for the essential goodness of man, and the autonomy of the individual, and standing for the protection of political and civil liberties.
Let us LOVE one another, Let us remove HATE from our society. We got to become aware that we are all God's children. WE ARE ALL BROTHERS AND SISTERS WHETHER WE LIKE IT OR NOT.
