Finally done! This project would never have been started if I'd known how much work was involved in the research. Over eight years of writing and research. In reading the final draft I realize now that I've stirred up a hornet's nest in a few sensitive areas, namely whether or not most surgeons will share their actual experience with you regarding the specific operation that you need. In the end, the book's about how we got to less invasive operations and how we have not arrived at the final method of surgery for the future. The story of how we made mistakes when laparoscopic gallbladder surgery was introduced I believe is still important because of the uncertain role of robotic and other new technologies in the general surgeon's toolbox.
The price I discovered is $48.00 and that may be a game-changer for you. Don't blame you. I guess it's production costs.
