Is selling your book a good thing?  I sell my books anywhere and everywhere.  I make them available to anyone who wants to buy them.  Recently, I read an article that stated that the author hurts him/herself by doing so. 

Maybe, the article is right but my attitude is that I do not want to miss an opportunity if someone wants my book.  What happens if the person does not follow up and go to the store or go on the Internet?  I think it depends on the author.  For me, I am going to continue to make my book available whether it is in the grocery store, restuarant, library, and yes, even church.
