I really don't know what I am doing is the right thing to do, but I am so upset with the famous Ophrah I can't help myself. A few months back I sent her my published work, Sunday Awakening Fern Lutkins for her or her staff to read.
As a 75 year old senior on a fixed income I found it hard scraping up the money too bye my book to send her, then the ten dollars to ship it to her, not counting the insurance that she would get it.I know that the book was delived because I got back the singed green card from the post office. What I am trying to say is this. Someone could have at lest acknowledged having recived it and sent me a thank you, but they didn't. I think that it may have been filed under (G) If the White House honored a letter I sent them with a thank you, why couldn't she? I guess an old lady isn't worth her time. I thought about sending her my latest work, Dust Carried On The Wind, but I guess not. One humilation is enough.
