This is a book for those with chronic, often unexplained illness with suggestions on healing methods
Intentional Healing: One Woman's Path to Higher Consciousness

By Jennie Sherwin

Author Jennie Sherwin writes an inspirational and helpful book, sharing her own experiences with chronic illnesses caused by environmental allergies, among other factors. The point when her body can no longer withstand her hypersensitivities, she begins a long arduous journey, using Western medicine and natural medicine in an attempt to detoxify her body and get her life back.

It becomes an endeavor which includes a mandatory move to a cleaner environment, eating a rotation diet of strictly organic foods, taking supplements, saunas, and other measures to regain her health, decrease pain and restore her former wellness. Anyone suffering from similar ailments will find comfort in this writer’s strength and determination; as well as her will to never give up. She shares her good times and bad times and her various healing techniques so that others can be aware of the various methods available in restoring their own health.

This well-written book is one woman's personal endeavor to overcome the obstacles making her sick. Using energy balance treatments, she also adds spiritual Indian healing and other measures to heal body, mind and soul. The author draws the reader into the book and shares her personal experiences in this extremely moving story of one woman's battle against chronic illness. Her book is a great resource book, but simply phrased with precise instructions as to where and how to seek help to fellow sufferers and those who care for them. Her story offers essential information packed with references; and her own website for support and further information.

Author Jennie Sherwin is a living example of what perseverance and faith can do for healing, and by sharing her often terrible experiences, offers hope for so many other sufferers.
