On a New set of short articles that I am calling Dispatch from the Heart I have recently starting posting short essays or blogs under the guise of the "essay" heading on topics that I consider to be of interest to the general reader, topics on experiences that the reader him/herself may have also experienced or been thrilled or annoyed by. I am calling these short blogs "Dispatches from the Heartland" since many of them represent little pet-peeves that we all have to endure in life that are built into our surroundings. A case in point is the short blog about interest rates on credit cards. I guess I am not the only one to having fallen afield in getting behind in paying of my credit. Little did I know just how disastrous it could be, raising why such things can take place by greedy banks run amok. So, if you've got a free minute check out some of my new "short" articles.
