See the Beauty

The pure untouched beauty
Of a new fallen snow
The renewal of spring
When the leaves start to show

The warm days of summer
Bringing pleasure to all
The outstanding beauty
Of the leaves in the fall

What beautiful treasure
Given to you and me
That is if the beauty
Is what we choose to see

**

It is snowing again
And it’s so very cold
The springtime brings rain
And this rain gets so old!

The summers so hot
And the bugs do abound
And I just hate the fall
Raking leaves off the ground

Life is so miserable
And gloomy you say
Or is it perhaps
You just see it that way

**

We can see as we wish
After all we are free
But I think life’s much better
If it’s the beauty we see.
