Jack you have such soul.....I love wood and if I were a man I know I would work with wood...oh I know women do it too but I have a muscle illness....I am posting a whittling poem soon....there is just something so fascinating about working with wood and turning it into a thing of beauty...this poem is so touching...and lovely....happy thanksgiving to you....floria

The voice of wood
Was understood
Like braille is read by hand
It tells a tale
Thru ring... round trail
For an artisten poetry man

Jack this is so deeply touching. Having stood next to my brother who made furniture as a hobby,(I'd help sometimes) and saw the true love he had for the wood. He would point things to me about the grain etc. You just reminded me, and I thank you;-)This is a gem,it shows your beautiful mind!
