It was one of those days
that was moving sluggishly along,
it made me think to myself
'PLEASE why can't something, anything go on'.

Five minutes later all hell broke loose
my car broke down while going to the store
I got it started and shortly thereafter  crashed it into a moose
by now I was pleading PLEASE NO MORE.

Careful what you wish for
it might just come true

As I was waiting for the tow truck
with my head in a spin
I was feeling kind of down on my luck
that's when I realised I did win.

I made a wish and it came true
allthough not how I wanted
Cause now I'm feeling blue
oh how I wish my wish hadn't been granted.
