Camera Lens

Life is a camera lens
opening and closing.
For all we see when
the lens is open
how much do we miss
when the eye of the lens
blinks?

Womb-click-birth.
A series of stills,
staccato images
ruthlessly edited.
Click, the eye blinks.
Closure.
