But Jesus rushed in and reminded me that he had paid the cost.

I treasure every drop of blood he shed at Calvary that day.

I'm glad he went home to God, so the comforter could come my way.

Now when to Jesus I pray in spirit.

I know him and all the host of heaven can hear it.

I can feel his presence in his holy spirit divine.

Just a few more rough and rocky steps then I'll go home.

I'll be there rejoicing and praising Jesus at the throne.
