What is our life-

but a vapour?

What is our breath-

but air provided by the Savior?

So often there is

heartache and strife

but why should it matter...?

We were told to seek eternal life

What is our life-

but a vapour?

Who are we, the redeemed-

but unsavoury pieces of paper?

~ ~ ~

You,Dear Lord

You are the only 'reason'

it's by Your strength we go on

from season to season

~ ~ ~

Hard knocks endured

we'll 'still' ensue

For there is no life

no life...void of You
