 Alzheimer's

Do I want reminders

Today, of my past?

Memories of yesterday

Don’t last.

A phone call

Friend, found me

Researched the loop

Got the scoop.

Today is my focus

Tomorrow, my hope

Do I want reminders

It’s not in my scope.

A disease that breaks the heart while erasing the mind. How delicately etched...
