Sometimes even ordinary days seem strange. The same cycle of nature but you perceive it emotionally, isn't it?
That's how i felt from morning till night on 18th. of January 2005,Tuesday in Kathmandu.

Not a sad morning
Nor filled with woe
But,
the drizz-drizzling of raindrops
From the darker clouds above
Makes me wonder why so today?

Not a sad day
Nor filled with tears
But,
The silence of the city
The silence of the houses
Makes me imagine
Why so sentiment is a day like today?

So feeble are the voices
The voices of children
And,
The chirping of bird's
Nowhere to be heard
Just a tip- tipp drizzling
Sure! it ain't raining.

Not a sad night
Nor filled with pain
But,
A portrait in my mind
The loneliness in my heart
So certain, yet so untrue ?
Am i sensing ?
This gloomy Kathmandu.
