Most times we are not aware of own unproductive thoughts and habits, but we can easily recognize them in others. It is important that when we recognize such patterns we first to do an internal audit of own thoughts and habits. Perhaps what we are experiencing is a message for us to ponder and learn from.

Beautiful Angel

At first sight, she reminded me of an angel.

Her soft voice,

continuous upward gaze to the sky and

her tender love for her animals

touched my heart.

As her conversation continued

I felt an emotional sink hole inside.

The beautiful angel is talking how special she is in her misery.

The beautiful angel is reciting all her misfortunes for the past 10 years.

The beautiful angel is so pre-occupied with details of her misery that she is not present.

The beautiful angel says she is connected,

but her conversation shows her disconnect.

The beautiful angel is wondering why so many bad things have happened to her.

The beautiful angel has forgotten how powerful she is.

The beautiful angel does not realize that what she focuses on the most will bear fruit.

What you focus on the most

consciously or unconsciously

will become reality.
