It was a gorgeous day when I approached two people near a beautiful lake. I don't know what they had been doing or had said to each other, if anything, when I approached them. Maybe they had been talking with each other, walking in silence, thinking, meditating or listening to the birds sing.
What I do know is that as I approached them they were about to take separate paths. But before they separated they engaged in the "Greatest Conversation I Ever Heard," and maybe the shortest, as well. This was the conversation that I heard:

"I LOVE YOU! I LOVE YOU TOO!"

These were also the words that constituted the last conversation I and "My Most Significant Other" had before she suddenly transitioned - exchanged mortality for immortality.
