Dammit I feel!
How can I say it convincingly and with gusto,in such a way that there is no doubt in the mind of anyone encountering me that I feel, that my feelings are among my most important possessions?
Dammit I feel!
My feelings reveal the greastest truth about me that can be known, about my pain, my joy and all my emotions between sorrow and ecstasy.
Don't ignore, distort or try to rationalize my feelings.
Don't expect are ask me to apologize for my feelings.
I will not apologize for truth.
Dammit I feel!
My feelings, thoughts, faith and spirit are complimentary.
They are in harmony.
Therefore, I trust my feelings. If it feels right, I know it is right for me.
If it does not feel right I know it is not right for me to pursue. If my feelings say do it, I do it. If my feelings say don't do it, I don't do it.
There is never a time when I cannot choose the attitude I will have in the situation specific.
Dammit I feel!
Permission granted.
It's all right for you to ask me,
"How do you feel?"
My answer to no other question reveals the fuller truth about me in the momentary
now than this four-word question: How do you feel?
To friend and foe I say,
Dammit I feel!

I much prefer to be guided by my feelings- yet so often those around me need some other reason for actions. Live and let live flows naturally to me- yet in order to keep the peace I must so often yield to some proven method- as if all of life is following a GPS.
A GPS will never put you on the road less traveled.
Where do you feel like going? How would you like to get there?
