This five part series tells of a fictional place and time where men roamed and spirits now dwell. I am one of the few who has seen the Halls and has returned. Perhaps it was so I could tell the tale. Enjoy.
A castle sits in troubled lands,
protected by contested hands.
Heir of right forced to flee,
black cold hearts, rulers be.
Deep in dungeons damp and gray,
hidden well from light of day,
legions plan of their revenge,
fallen kingdom will avenge.
Evil hides among the stones,
it slithers into flesh and bones.
Blood is drawn to foil a plan,
lesson learned by mortal man.
Rout will wait another day,
good of life shall have its' say.
Thoughts remain within those walls,
Darkness lay in Haggards' Halls.
Paul, I am fascinated by Haggards' Hall - now that I have read it all. I came today to add to my library. This should be published in a worthy literary publication, as I told you.

Haunting voices cries of fear..I sense their presence near....thick with darkness...my senses relished every word!

I feel like I need a mug filled with Mead and some black bread (preferalby that made by Mountain Trolls) as I enjoy the read. A profound adventure is about to begin. This is poetry at its best. Thank you poet Paul B. for letting me share this.

ah, now this I love. It sounds like its going to be a great series. Ever played them pc games which are full of these characters, I spent hours killing things in this kind of enviroment....cant wait for part 2
