Wants, needs … reality.
Oil and vinegar proceed realities
wants and needs.
I see me, there,
me … here,
me everywhere.
I’ve always wanted all
I’ve seen, and imagined.
I have been whatever vision brings,
plants that sing, and dancing wings.
Every house I view I want to dive into
and feel … its inception, its interpretation
of living. I’ve always wanted it all.
All the emotions of the world…
I become excited, I move, I expand,
absolutely, know what I’m talking about,
and then I don’t…
I am there, and I am here.
Discombobulated, like
a bad black and white movie,
or a slipping bandage on a wound.
I wonder, at times, if I’ll ever feel
peace, instead of pieces.
Reality … fantasy … or … reality?
Again? What do we really want?
I want it all. All sensations,
even the fatal, though I may regret
that idea, when the pain hits…
I am not sure of any stability, anymore;
in the middle of any movement -- is me.

Incredible write, so many emotions and desires. I fully understand this, sounds just like me. A sensational and complex feeling.

peace, instead of pieces.
Profound thoughts, Erin; and thoughts many of us have, at many times in our lives.

From Robert Jude Ace:
"sorry about the nonpost .. <stabilty is nonessential when we want to harness life> powerfully expressive poem ... "
I am flummoxed with his concept of nonessential stability... Ha, a timeless thought to muse, thank you, Robert!!
even the fatal, though I may regret
that idea, when the pain hits…"
I'll go for that. Good one!
