Weakling

Do you become faint of heart, blue weakling?
Do you fade as you miss your soul? Can you
Not foresee how loss of time’s movement brings
An inner peace? Stay your tears, weakling blue,
For your fears won’t make dreams come true . Do you
View futures fantastic within your mind?
Do you divine a world where peace subdues
Constraints accrued by rabidness of blind
Fools? Do you decline your right to shine true ?
Sad weakling, avowals betrothed bring such gloom
To heart of stone that misses truth’s review;
Jungled by dark, pathetic weakling’s doom.
For you see fighting through debris of life
Will split your ideals with a god-like knife.
