Hollow sorrow burrows deep,
Hoping to end its misery.
Soul’s gone cold with lonely dread,
No bed on which to hold tears shed.
Sorrow burrows hollow keep,
Swallowing faded intimacy.
Soul’s grown cold with words not said,
No bed on which to lay its head.

You have conveyed so much in a short poem, a sure sign of a powerful poem! And oh how I can relate!
This puts a lump in ones throat.

"Soul’s grown cold with words not said,
No bed on which to lay its head."
Wisdom message in those lines!
Sham won't do it!
