Melancholic fragrance fills the morning air
with sprinkles of memories belonging
to autumn’s cloudiness. The smell
is intoxicating, even as it brings
the sting of tears, so many years
of falls have come and gone…
Melancholic rain fills the morning air,
sprinkled with memories of belonging
to autumn’s cloudiness. The smell
is exhilarating, even as it brings
the sting of tears of lived years
of falls that have come and gone…

Do I know those melancholic mornings well...having one myself. Excellent imagery invokes the senses and memories...well done!
