Slap-happy daffodils
Spill sappy-lipped cups,
Punch pungent scent,
Into the air.
Plumes of dusty motes,
From leaves debris, and dog pee,
Undirectionally swirl
Into the air.
Spring-happy crowd of cats
Romance ether areas,
With animal interest, staring
Into the air.
Flumes of lung-clinging
Tumultuous winter death,
Seminally directed, swirl
Into the air.
Sun-sappy daffodils
Stretch happy-lipped hubs,
Piquantly pungent,
Into the air.

I love the way you wrote this--I agree, darkly humorous. Very well penned.
