I Can't Finger God...

I can’t finger
God’s great stinger,
I can’t figure how to stand.
How to stand, where to land
Really doesn’t matter
When facts
Become the figures
We finger each other with…
As the world keeps on spinning
With false fabrications purling
Trained true -worth idiocies...
I must abstain from hurling,
My whole aching-being curling
Into the Ball of All, the circle,
Circumcised.
My fingers linger briefly
On backs of cats completely
In denial, relaxed in sleep.
Smiling,
Quite inanely,
I wonder …
how today came to be…

God Bless
Michelle!
Love Tinka
Deep, thought provoking verse, very well penned.
I love the lines,
"My fingers linger briefly
on backs of cats completely
in denial, relaxed in sleep.
Smiling,
quite innanely,
I wonder...
how today came to be." Nice!
(((HUGS))) and love, Karla.
