Spot on truths in this powerful write, boy, howdy, do I know this one. It's called apathy, everyone out for just themselves, those in customer service have forgotten whom they serve. Well done, Erin, you've penned another best! Saving this one, should be printed and handed out to ALL. Well done!!!
