August Moon, your face has scarce been observed
By eyes at night since Monsoon has decried
Its due! Mars hangs high above in black skies,
Not seen, here, in this desert clime, reversed.
Oh, green of August loved! Why can’t simple
Life be enough? Why must years aging tears
Of trust be defaced by widening ripples
Of decrepitude? Whether which aware?
August Moon! I must laugh, your sincereness
Comes too late to appear caring matters…
Lessons of moon death seem always transgressed
Without true clues to the rules. I shatter
Under your non-light, confused. August moon,
How inopportune, your status of June…

Beautiful work! This reads like a dream, literally and spiritually!
August has left much for pondering on many shores it seems...I will be revisiting this one, as its been quite a month/summer for me and I am singing along with you!
It's really difficult when one thinks no one else understands. Perhaps communication, open and honest, would help alleviate those fears, and slice the molding protective shroud into silken feathers so one could make wings to fly with.
Peace and sanity interspersed with logic ...
I salute you Poet for expanding the circle of vision!
