The Red Bra

I’ve never owned
A red bra.
Never
Hightailed
Cocktailed brawls.
I’ve observed,
but never done,
In truth.
I’ve never accepted
Polished bras.
Never browbeat
Subjectivity, did I?
I’ve never owned a red bra!
I could never part myself
From common sense…
Red, white, blue, green…
what’s the point? A bra
is a bra, which women wear,
For a purpose.
“Bras are sexy,
Yes, indeed,
Bras bring out
The hormones in me.”
“Procreate, let’s procreate,
Nothing’s mine,
You’re left with fate!”
Gold, blue, purple, else,
What more can be asked
From our naked selves?
Oh, baby, do you want to know?
Buy me a red bra...

You are so cynical and humorus. I am chuckling deeply. I think we will need to incarcerate your mind for ten days for writing this bit of enigmatic tomfoolery. What good is the bra - it'd be off in a flash anyway.
I used to carry one in my briefcase, years ago, as a spare sail for my escape raft. Do you believe me?
What delicious imagery and chuckles you coax here.

(((HUGS))) and love, Karla.
I definitely have never owned one. (lol) Excellent write. Who cares what's on the outside. Inside the heart is what really matters.
Hugs,
