On evenings rare ascending,
When ascending seems transcending,
There lives a flicker, handling
Fools of minds outstanding, handing
Heaven into the hands of hell.
On thinkings raw and bleeding,
When such needing seems misleading,
There dies a flicker, handling
Fools of minds transgressing, handing
Hell into the hands of heaven.
