It occurred to me,
This day like any other,
This chronicled new day,
Atlas shrugged
For a reason.
The same reason
Jonathan Livingstone Seagull
Flew, the same reason
A Number
Became an ‘I’.

It occurred to me,
Titans, revered,
Become ‘Titanics’,
And, icebergs
Are fabled into legends
For a reason.
