Some potting soil,
Not rotten holes
In earth-bound-plants
Need to survive.

I thought to water,
Carefully placed, a
Plant on a speaker,
Silenced by age,
No need to survive.

I need to rescue
Some potting-soil
Comes-to-be, not rotten,
An earth-bound treasure
Needs to survive.

I knew to water,
Ceaselessly, placed plants
Lovingly, without regret,
Silenced by fears,
No need to survive.
