‘…And, I passed my right hand upon
A Grandpa cat’s black coat, as I sat upon
My throne.’
I switched the swath of toilet paper
To my left hand, scritching a bit more,
At a cat of ours.
‘… And, I thought my energy might be passing
Through his aging mind, through his head and ears.’
This cat of ours.
I finished peeing, laughing at myself,
As usual, a moment can’t pass
When I’m not a Cat.
