Gila Monsters
In military clothes…

What? I wish to differ,
I think. Native programs
Should rework the world,
Not believedoms. Not
Single seizures. Not manology.

Sigh. Right now, this is important,
Tomorrow, what again?

But, the snakes
Lay protected. Always stepped
Upon. Does ‘Don’t Tread on Me’
Equal more than venom?

Ha, ha! That was a good ‘thouft’!
Wasn’t it…

(it’s tomorrow, plus one or two,
Today. Importance has shifted, again)

Interesting write Erin with lots of room for thought, conception and reading between the lines. Images of soldiers fighting for causes they are unaware of or don't really believe in came to my mind with this one. Enjoyed the mental challenge.
