Why can’t small packages
Of biscuits and water
Be dropped all over Port-Au-Prince?

Inundation would create a sort of peace,
For the interim, and give Haitians a chance
To live.

The airlift idea worked well in WW I and II, even in Vietnam and Korea, but for some reason or other it isn't fashionable anymore.
