let them eat chicken!
strewn upon cobblestones,
flavored by w(h)ine,
let them eat chicken,
squeaking in my teeth,
flavored by anything.
let them drink white grapes!
trod upon, butcher’s bones,
flavored by w-ine.
let them drink le blanc,
slipping past my teeth,
flavored by everything.
let them sleep cake!
flung upon narrow straits,
flavored by mind.
let them sleep,
flipping through my teeth,
flavored by neverthings.
let them wake wisdom!
placed upon cobblestone,
flavored by kind.
Let them awake,
stripping me of teeth,
favored by nothing…
