I read the Fathers Grimm, again,
With older eyes aware of sin,
I saw My time through
Terrified eyes,
As warning suddenly
Self of I.
I’ve watched the wares of Stephen King,
Through the years his words still ring,
I sensed my furor because
I lied,
With rantings maddening
self of I.
I’ve written poems of Normal Folk,
And lived their lies of years revoked
I felt their tenant through
Jaded eyes,
As reality maddening
Self of i.
