Now I lay me down to bed,
Sometimes the dreaming’s
What I dread.
If I revive, my soul to wake,
I pray to hell
It’s not too late.
Now I pray upon a bed,
Oft times the waking’s
What I dread.
If I survive, my spirit-sake,
I pray to god
I’m not just bait.
