If I were a Geminid, and saw
A planet swinging past me, I’ld
Plaster it, among my brethren,
With myself! To flare over
Above any life would be my heart’s desire.

If I were a Traveler, and could
See a planet rushing towards me, I’ld
Faster it, with in my brethren,
Just myself. To die over
And over again would be my heart’s desire.

If I were a geminid, I would
Pass all planets asking me, I’ld
Master it, against my brethren,
Mostly myself. To pass over,
Again, over again, my heart’s desire.

Only saw a few Geminids, I was
A planet foretelling me I’ld
Bastard it, I’m not a brother.
I’m myself... To step over, again;
As if over-thinking my heart’s desire.
