As Heavens Fall

As heavens fall we wonder why,
Tomorrow comes, then, anguished, dies,
While mortal man gives up his heart,
And, even worse, destroys his art,
As hells arise with deadly cries.
So weak the bleat of sheep-fold sighs,
As stars rain down and blind glass eyes,
How sad to lose, again, head start,
As heavens fall.
So simple Golden Rule supplies
A way to help our spirits fly,
But heads are turned to plastic art
And Mankind fails to life-impart
The will applied. The world’s awry
As heavens fall.

through the imagination and given back with gratitude
and awe and splendor--then this is it. A work of wonder!
As stars rain down and blind glass eyes,
How sad to lose, again, head start,
As heavens fall."
THIS is the composite of what this poem is all about, my friend, I understand and simply agree.
