And The Moon Falls Down

Fear,
the awareness
of insight unwanted,
while tenuously
mantaining life's
dimly viewed orbit,
erodes and damages
the stabilities
gained by aging,
ungracefully.
Dark nights,
empty skies
of expectations
thunder recriminations,
resounding
silently,
as the moon
falls
down.
