Soft blips of Poet's supra-sense
sweep her into brain-barrier's
silent blast,
sending her, shell-shocked, back,
barreling through screeching abyss,
bottoming out in shallow breaths
as she searches for the breach
sitting below
the surface of brevity,
bravely singing ballads
of banded sorrow,
soothing self and
sighing painfully,
as she begins again,
seeking...Birth.
