Selectivity induces derision,
Familiarity centers uncharitable thoughts,
Offsetting the angles of balance,
Receding the growth that’s been won.

Reality squeezes out reason,
Superiority is relative to esteem,
Secretly eating courtesy’s weight
Devouring essence of being.

Mental blindness indifferently espouses
Indignation’s scatological cause,
Tipping logic’s perfunctory scale,
Trampling the Golden Rule.
