Apple a pear,
swipe and sweep,
into our hands
our world to keep.
‘I abide through pride,
that can’t be right,
stupid statement,
dulled by blight.’
Apple a plum,
creep and weep,
into our heads
our words to keep.
‘I abide then hide,
getting closer,
poetic prattle,
sad composer.’
Apple a peach,
blat and bleep,
into our minds,
our screams to keep.
‘I abide inside,
one of the damned,
rhythmic rituals,
mad demands.’
Apple a person,
leer and leap,
into our hearts,
our fears to keep.
‘We abide through pride,
hungry heap,
quipping quotes
and had dirt cheap.’

This poem holds my heedful attention and makes me think.
This "Appled Peaches" gives me a deep notion of what Poetry is made of.
I Salute You, MAKER, co-CREATOR, Erin E. Moen. You are a Poet!
The Pedestal that belongs to You in the basilica of my Poets, is always shining.
