Exponential Extinction

by Erin Elizabeth Kelly-Moen — Read all 1,670 poems by Erin Elizabeth Kelly-Moen

Friday, November 14, 2003

Thorn’s bourn, tucked inside,
flat-edged worlds careen, collide.
Woeful, joyful, maddened, sad,
pain explained still expends.
I explore my expiration
and find its exhumation
exonerated.

Forlorned, wracked inside,
curve of words flees and hides.
Sorrowed, borrowed, raddled, glad,
pain expunged still expands.
I extend my expedition
and feel its exposition
extrapolate.

Exit existence.

dear erin- the multiple thorns folded somehow in the natures of mulktitudes od identical men cripple even the svientist as to how they all to be the same. Simple ordinary men, in ordinary walks of life, automatically elected to nature and world know honored of these fascinating and extrodinary multiplicities of ? Their lives of notorious unexplained coincidence that they carried all the burdens for all existence, elevated to the accomplished and "famous". I would myself have reniged on what ever I chose to under these circumstances, and had rights automatically for the lives of anyone, all, granted upon me. Societies rules have a limit-if blind and do not see- what can you do-especially if the collector belives hes right or the bank guartd and police bigger than you and armed, much less not have a propensity to respect a persons words or listen to him. Just on myself without my having ever broken any law several ststes spent excess of I guess about of ten millon dollars, singling me out, and confining me, not to mention the breaking of minor rulesd and laws in such and excess on confinement that along withthe consequences of these unnoticed violations, the constitution and all its laws be added easily from where I sit not to exist-violated with trial of anykind. In addition the time I did break a law-I stole a ten dollar package of flashlights(It actually felt good) iwas not evne noticed as when I had even simply entered the dtore alked around and left. With the flashlights I"OFF THE TOP OF MY HEAD") invented a way todraw a design or sketch with the lights in my hand of N OBJECT/PERSON IN TROUBLEAND SAVED THEM. (i EVEN INCLUDED THE MINOR Troubles of the security guard and clerks in the store-their pet dogs, cats etc). It even includes inside bites.stings but takes persistence.(My accomplishments are "top secret') in the minds and ?'sof these pirating, "facitity?" useing "boaconstrictors" advance deciding" "inside arrangeing" ????'s persisting against the greatest walls and stops that exist, with no possible advance decision "win" (like deciding a court trial against a totally unassociated random stranger seen walking on the sidewalk-and rigging it to win for them who advance "incommunicado". Have dug into the works of god and man so extensively- I believe I've even heard from galileo.christ and moses, Who with outproper IDS and credentials had even more trouble than I. Not only trhey dindnt know either who the inside thorn expert is-who took a buch of singular events and multiplied them world wide, or who left their one expert with a bsank account and voice in the matter. I fi say a ten year old much less a genious coulf follow and understand my situation I'd soon be assaulted by a crowd of ten year olds,or the concealed saying so.
I am sorry about your recent loss, there is always a period of release after a prolongued illness. Marvin

I found the pace of the poem to be very suitable to the title. The tide of words crashes in and rises and rises. Its effect multiplies in all directions upward and without, downward and within. This is one to remember.

Erin, I first looked at the title and got scared, uh oh, another one I won't be able to understand, but I really liked this one, it had a funess (not sure thats a word?) to it. Even though your still feeling the pain of loss, I am seeing that you are getting past it in your writings. Everyone should write out their feelings, would be good for the world...Peace, ED & Rufuz
