Fog’s Fate

Densely packed cloud enhancement, oblique one,
you speak my name in muffled silence gloamed,
and precipitate upper reaches run;
mysterious sky formations that roamed
from regal heights. Arizona! Rain fell
in night, redressing wounded arid blight,
banking moisture in winter’s cooling well
to delight the senses in morning’s light.
Fog sublime! Your envelope tastes of wine,
nature-made and richly refined, stay and
spread your bouquet; banquet laid, fate's design
wraps itself about my body’s chaste stand.
Alas! Sun, awake, begins to bake space
of desert’s face; no more fog’s proud embrace.

I pictured it in my mind. I'm a lover
of the desert you know. ;) TY
I can see it, taste it, feel it. Good images! Thanks, Erin.
I very much like!
