Unforced
I rise to greet the breathing day,
Its colors bright, its edges play,
Each moment breathes, alive, awake,
A canvas open, mine to make.
I walk where voices meet the breeze,
Where rivers move with quiet ease,
The ground beneath, the sky above,
Each step a pulse of present love.
The sunlight spills in golden streams,
It paints the fields, it fuels my dreams,
It warms the roots, it lifts the air,
And whispers gently: you are there.
I taste the rain, it runs along,
It joins the soil where seeds belong,
It teaches growth through earth and air,
That life renews, and beauty’s there.
I learn from breath, from touch, from sound,
From every leaf upon the ground,
And every passing storm aside,
That living flows, unforced, untied.
The evening comes with softer hue,
The stars ignite a deeper view,
An ethereal sky, in shimmered tone,
That tells my heart this world is home.
